ORGANIZATION
- The details of the order are sent by e-mail to the address provided by the Customer during the execution of the order.
- After receiving the payment, an e-mail with a link to download tickets is sent.
- The meeting point for the excursion is the hotel gate (security, entrance barrier) or, if there is no such gate, the meeting point is in front of the hotel on the street, unless the organizer determines otherwise.
- The pick-up time is specified on the ticket or SMS confirmation. Our vehicle can come 5 minutes early, while the maximum delay is 20 minutes.
- In order to participate in tour You have to present a valid Ticket (printed or to be displayed on the phone)
- During the trip, please follow the commands of the guide who is a representative of the agency.
CANCELLATION OF THE TRIP
- Changing the date, number of people, type of tour or complete cancellation is possible more than 24 hours before the tour!
- If you want to cancel the trip in less than 24 hours before, there is no refund of the amount paid!
- In case of sickness confirmed by a medical document, you get the full refund of cost of the trip
- In case of a no-show, there is no refund!
COMPLAINTS
In case of complaints please report it immediately, preferably during the trip
• Claims can be submitted within 7 days from the end of the tour, they are processed within 14 days from the date of the tour.
